rar wont exec

Basically im trying to upload my demos and times to mystify by using "FileZilla"

i uploaded them by using wippiespace.

but now when ever he tries to download the .rar file it doenst like him exec the file.

my wippiespace is www.teknoirvine.wippiespace.com new.rar is the file

does any one know why this problem occurs?

maybe rar it again and upload with smth else
