extrenal crosshair?

is having an external crosshair illegal, cause I just found this pretty good cfg, but I can't see the xhair :<

its good i use it too, but use a program that hide the crosshair when u press the lean buttons, then its safe np, gl hf.

you know what are the settings in rivatuner to have graphins like above on the pics ?
smt with lodbias , i cant remind it .

02- Goto the "Power User" tab.
03- Click Yes
04- Open the Detonator \ Global settings.
05- Double-Click on the LODBiasRange setting.
06- Set the value to 15.
07- Goto the Main tab.
08- Click on the Customize button at the Driver Settings table.
09- Select the OpenGL icon.
10- Now a new windows should open with the Mipmapping tab set. (if not goto it)
11- Set the Mipmap LOD bias adjustment to (+) 15.
12- Apply the settings and click ok.
13- Close RivaTuner.
14- Enjoy in OpenGL games. :)
