ehm yes update your sounds driver -> prob solved ;)

First of all, make his head a bit wider to make the proportions right again ^^
Just press ctrl+t and drag it in right proportions.

Then press ctrl+u and screw around a bit with the settings there.

You might also want to adjust the brightness and contrast (or levels).

Use the channel mixer to get the right skin tones.

Add a bit of white glow as well, first to his face, then to the whole picture to balance it out, I think.

I'd add some blur around the head, would better fit to the background.

Also, blend his chin in a bit more. Skew his face so his forehead pops out more to make it more realistic.

just smudge and blur the edges of his face and use some random filter to make it look cartoonish but more realistic
