Some shit for a low avi

I need some info about making an avi from a demo.
I got Premiere and ET what else i need ?

what the procedure to record from a demo ?
I want to make a small avi without any effects just to take something from the demo and make an avi. Nothing else.

that's pretty slow way doinging by that, i use fraps but the game is cod4 :/

See this little button op top of the page saying "search"?
Well what it does is it searches for stuff that has already been explained in for example tutorials. Now if you just select "tutorials", and type something like "movie", then it will surely bring you to the right place.
