teamspeak is at AppStore (lol @ "iTunes store")

it's just not called teamspeak and created by a 3rd party company ;P

nope there isn't

but the teamspeak app is kinda nice since you can use it even with 3G (normally voip is restricted on 3G/Edge)

Assuming you mean xfire the program, and not cf, there's a dev with a client in beta for the iPod Touch/iPhone atm.
