Install games on ipod touch 1g

Hey guys i dont know how to install downloaded games or appz on the i pod touch 1g.
I already jailbreaked it and when i google.de they only show some strange programs like cydia with wich i can download some apps but i want to install my downloaded games wich i already have one my computer so how i have to do this ?

install with cydia a programm called installous and u can download the games yourself with that one.
it was possible to download games and just add them via itunes time ago but no idea if that still works

ya but i dont want to have english games or something i have downloaded for example sims3 for my girlfriend in german so i have this file on my desktop and how can i install it on the ipod ? via itunes its not possible because its a cracked version ...

install appsync on your ipod and you will be able to install cracked apps with iTunes.
dunno if its working for 1g tho

does it work on iPod touch 3G ? do u know that?
1G is kinda low :D
