Thanks. :) For me dof effect was difficult to understanding because this hasn't got constant settings (Always changed for specific camera).

Depth of field (Blur effect in the background)

Did you use Image-ET or what? Raw material (Mean after demo's recording) has normal blur?

Did you check ressampling options at Vegas? Click right mouse button on clip, go to Preferences (or Properties, forget name :P) and tick "Dissable Ressample". Should work well because this kind of blur reminds me Ressample. :|
