Vegas Timescale Problem

Hey Guys,
Ive got a Problem with the Timescale at the Videoevent-FX effects and the Videomediengenerator

Can anyone tell me why i get this Error ?

For other guys who got the same prob. this is the answer
it's just hidden, move your cursor to the low part of the window, the cursor will change and you will just need to drag up. by Francephaloid

lol that happened to me, it got draged into some menu bars, couldnt fix it but its amongst other drop boxes
