This whas my ping after i add the litle update's to my computer:

I found it after remembering back when I was on vista
netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=highlyrestricted
Go into the command prompt under administrator (Right click, run as Administrator) and right click and paste. Finaly I dont need to go BACK to vista or XP
Option 2:
Step 1: Open regedit
Step 2: Go to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces
Step 3: There will be many sub-keys with names like {068CA6B5-ACDD-4FC1-BCBB-66380B3EAF17}, go through each one of them and search for the one that has a key value called DhcpIPAddress that contains your current IP.
Step 4: Right click on the key and select New->DWORD Value
Step 5: Rename the new value to TcpAckFrequency, then double click it and set it to 1
Edit:
Option 3:
Just disable the service.
windows sound is dependent on this service so you will then need to;
run regedit,
then find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Audiosrv\DependOnService
double click on it and remove MMCSS from the list
And now this is my Download+Upload:
Lolled, 3 days ago whas my download speed 1mb.

Whahahahahaha.
Do you have any friends?
I suppose it's mostly for people with a bad connection already, though.
In the begin you have not high ping.
Around de 54.
After the updates you have high ping around the 600/400.
I suppose it contributes to solving it one way.
after trying your option 2 and rebooting everything works perfect.
thanks!
