You've done a lot of mistakes that should not have been done. Let me point them out:
-The intro was kinda nice but you need to learn how to choose fonts and the flare's movement is too plain. The most important thing in animation is to make it variable. For example. why are all the flare 'fade out's the same length? Change them a bit and the result will look a bit nicer! Also It's always good to add even a little, little bit of a gradient to the background just to make it more interesting
-Why did you put like 40 seconds pause between the intro and the movie itself? It's kinda sexy to do the 5 seconds pause, but 40? C'mon!
-Colors... They are WAY WAY too dark. Didn't you see that before rendering? I suggest you to do the screenshots of your colours settings and show them to everybody (on cf for example) and then render... That will save you a lot of time. Also viewers' eyes will be saved.
- The movie is very very boring. No editing at all. This shouldn't be called 'a movie' at all. This is just the frag showoff. C'mon, be a little bit creative. Try to edit a bit. Cut some footage, speed it up, add some blur in the intense moments. Remember - you can do whatever you want to do. Your only goal is to please the viewer. Do everything to do that!
-Aspect ratio seemed to be fucked up, do you record with 1280x720? Also, don't use Fraps for fuck sake! ET recording has become sooo easy after the image-et.exe release that there should be no Fraps movies at all.
Overall, 3/10 max.
You just have to put a bit of effort into your movies, make them your own masterpiece.

even if he didnt see that its dark before rendering....cant he see it after he render it?
