How I did it
First I used image-et to record the .tga screenshots. Secondly I pasted those .tga files in VirtualDub, I used the Lagarith Lossless Video Codec to render the .avi(I also used the same framerate as I used in image-et).
Thirdly, I pasted the .avi files in Sony vegas, added some effects and did my thing there.
Rendered the movie with Lagarith Lossless Video Codec, framerate 30. (Also rendered a separate .mp3 file of the movie)
Finally, I encoded the .avi file into a mp4 file using MeGUI. After that process was done, all what was left to do is muxing the mp4 and the mp3.
