In W:ET teams seem to come and go, yet there is one side which we can always rely on to show up at a major event, albeit in some shape or form: Dignitas. RELOAd and Jakazc go back for a long time, with the Estonian's first LAN with the team being the second edition of the Crossfire Challenges. And while the first lineup the team ever fielded at a LAN has zero players remaining in their latest lineup, I think it's interesting to look back at how Dignitas became the kings of ET.

Fun facts:
- While Dignitas has been at every major European LAN event for W:ET in some shape or form, it was not once the same shape or form, not attending two events with the same lineup once.
- The lineup most closely matching the Dignitas lineup here at the AEF was the team at the sixth edition of the Crossfire Challenges.
- There is not one player left of the dignitas side which won the first edition of the Crossfire Challenges in the current Dignitas team.
- Ever since RELOAd and Jakazc played together at the sHgOpen back in 2007 they have been nearly inseparable. The only time RELOAd didn't have his Slovenian comrade next to him was at the seventh edition of the Crossfire Challenges, which Jakazc didn't attend at all.
Dignitas can look back happily on the great array of results the team brought home here at the Antwerp eSports Festival, once again reaching the finals without losing a single map.
This was Dignitas' road to the finals:
Team Dignitas 4:0 Belgian Fraternity
Team Dignitas 4:0 myRevenge
Team Dignitas 4:0 DreaM
Team Dignitas 4:0 Belgian Fraternity
Team Dignitas 4:0 TAG.AEF
Team Dignitas 4:0 Overload Gaming
Team Dignitas 4:0 Impact Gaming
The opponent for Dignitas will have quite a tough challenge at hand due to coming from the lower bracket, meaning Dignitas only has to win one out of two matches to become the champions of the Antwerp eSports Festival.

He wasn't part of the 5on5 idle lineup in 2006 (Holz, senji, Night, ferus, urtier)
Reload played with KiH in 2006 (gifty, Reload, FeTTe, smutzig, kris)
However, Jaka and Reload won Quakecon 2008 in ETQW together :)
Probably couldn't name the lineups of later years from different teams or even the winners of some cups :)
EDIT: I was talking about the 05 qcon by the way not 06 i didnt follow 06.(although i do remember KiH vs someone on supply depot where tosspot was screaming his lungs off as KiH won it was the by far the best shoutcast ive ever heard) Check6 u5 idle etc. woulda been great to see parodia there too though
Parodia, team9/iNfensus, gods.inc (my team).
All of them got kinda screwed I think. They have been offered a sponsorship deal but in end it was a scam :(
shouldn't that be 6th edition? 4 same players is more as 3, but it's probably there bcuz u switched those line-ups before as I read in the comments
They're just the only people who are dedicated/sad/skilled/unoccupied (take your pick, depends what you think) enough to keep playing for all this time.
Still, activity is a major factor as you could easily see at CC5. And that's why the lineups also needed changes as some simply couldn't play as much as needed for some LANs (like r3vers, senji, Night or myself)
Just goes to show how important teamplay, stability etc. really is; sticking together in some form or another after all this time has paid off for you guys.
The team exists so long, that tradition makes it this powerful.
