see the mousesensitivity? whenever you move it one bar to the right or left in control panel and press apply it switches with +2 or -2... only the step from the 1st to the 2nd notch is +1

1. Have a good pc wich allows u to tweak everything you want to without decreasing the performance of ur game (fps drops etc)
2. Change ur settings until ur completely satisfied with them.
3. Watch, learn and copy from other players and try to imagine what they think in a certain situation, try to predict their next move.
4. Play in a nice athmosphere (the room where u play should be warm in the winter and fresh in the summer and there should be enough light.)
5. If u have all the things mentioned above fixed there is just 1 thing left. PRACTICE!
Mouse + Keyboard = Hands (Playing with a bad mouse is like having 3 fingers)
Chair = Feet (Having a good chair wil increase ur performance because you are comfortable)
Monitor = Eyes (A broken or bad monitor is like having 1 eye)
Headset = Ears and Tongue (A good headset and communication is like a wallhack.)
Desk/Mousepad = Clothes (Wearing clothes that are 2 small is NOT comfortable. Having a desk or a mousepad that's 2 small is NOT comfortable)
There are loads of things you can work on as a gamer,
and there are always things to discover. I'f u have the motivation and the abillity to play among the best just go for it! It's quite hard to convince people from the "high" scene that u are able to compete with them, but if ur able to show them what ur made of and u have the right attitude there are always chances and people that are willing to take u a step further in the right direction.
Copying Settings from a better player doesn't make u a better player in the long run, you need the motivation to become a better player then the guy u look up 2 and set some goals u want to achieve in ur gaming career

And think twice. Yours still hasn't got any mouse software settings which might be totally different from player to player.
i have 5/11 windows sens and 1.888 in ET.
sensitivity - cm to turn 180
X-Y axis dpi settings
Acceleration - patches in windows & ingame
windows sens is that NOTCH IN CONTROL PANEL or the NUMBER IN REGISTRY?
Cause 4th notch or 6th notch does make a difference :p^^
