Some days ago Cupper did an interview with inFlux.et captain Wakizashi on inFlux-gaming.com. So here is the interview:

Hello David, first of all tell us a little about yourself and your gaming history.

Hello mate, well I’m David, 20 years old and an Essex boy <3. I started gaming when I was about 5 years old where I used to rip it up on the nes and master system with my rl friends. Then we moved onto snes/mega drive / n64 / playstaion/ ps2 etc. As time moved on my mate showed me ET and from the first time on fueldump I knew I was gonna get hooked on this game

I'm gonna come straight out with it and ask, Why can't you quit ET? You have triedseveral times as far as I know and you always return :D What is it about this game that keeps reeling you back in?

Well to put it simply, this game is harder than heroin to give up its really addictive lol. I usually quit when my mates get back from uni since i go out drinking and partying a lot when their back but when they return to uni I have nothing else to do. And I’ve met a load of great people online so i figure no point in leaving for good yet :P

We recently saw a certain cheat provider site exploit a bug in PunkBuster causing many people to get kicked for GAMEHACK and Multihack. Do you think we should scrap PB and use this new Homemade Anti-cheat system being used in the 3on3 world cup?

Well pb is pretty damn shit. However the anti-cheat used in the 3on3 world cup was quite annoying since you have to boot it up and leave it running whilst you play and when your computer is as old as mine every other programe running pushes me dangerously close to crashing :P. So imo we should just stick with PB. Killerboy will always be here to bust the cheating twats :p

Your were recently called, well basically a cheater lover by TosspoT on crossfire. Any truth behind these accusations?

Well i think everyone knows my opinions of cheaters so i'm not going to do into it. As hax0 said to me when i asked him whats the point in cheating he said "Cheating to win a scrim/offi is for dicks i just cheat on publics to lo0o0o0o0o0o0l". As long as cheaters stay away from mainstream competitive ET they can do what they want to the publics.

We saw team UK underachieve this season...again. And you missed out on your chance to play for them as did your team mate Nyke, any idea why you pair weren’t chosen? And your expectations for team UK next season?

Well at the timeme and eVo didn't get on. I didn't get in since I weren’t good enough at the end of the day. However as far as being active and a half decent medic I reckon I would have been a better choice than some of the players who didn't even practice once or so I have heard. As for Nyke not getting in, that was the most bs call I ever heard. The reason? "Nyke is good with rifle, but I don't think he can handle it vs high skilled teams" which is why eVo played rifle? So I don't know what that call was about. Next season I’m not gonna butt heads with eVo but just wanna get the best possible lineup for the job and make sure they actually have a few pracs.

InFlux.et are competing in this seasons OC premier league what are your expectations for the team?

Well, its weird playing without Squash and Eirik since i got so used to them being in the team, with them gone the whole team dynamic has changed. So we have switched some roles around and tweekd some old tactics and with a bit of luck and pracs we will have a formidable side. I'd like to think we come out with some results since we’ve done well before in the past but only time will tell. But expect to see us going off the rip soon.
