First my setup:
A64 3000+ venice
Dfi Lanparty ultra-d
Some twinmos pc3200 ram
OCZ modstream 420W
Allright my problem is this:
When I use the default multiplier (9x) and try to overclock the fsb even 10mhz (so the fsb runs @ 210mhz) = bsod's, crashes etc.
When a multiplier of 8x I can get 270mhz winxp bootable + prime stable atleast for a few tests.
I am seriously confused, anybody got any idea why this is?
