gaming headset!

well i use a chip sennheiser headset atm and it doesnt have much life left . So i was wondering wich headset should i buy?
-price around 30-40E
-noice canceling mic
-wallhack like sound ( in othet words top sound quality that helps u know where enemy is!)
-comfortable for many hours of intence gaming
-dont let outside noice/sounds get in your ears!
