Teamspeak problem

When i am in teamspeak and i am playing a game in meanwhile , it also sends my ET sounds and whatever sounds my computer may be producing like music trough ventrilo .
I know it's somekind of setting i have to change but i don't know what. I tried changing the mixers and other stuff.

Pls help me fast :)
