Ok I was listening to the radio today on my work and I heard this song (surprise surprise!). It's like a dance song with the beat of "Another day in paradise" (by phill collins). Does anyone know the name?

I also heard this other song with a cool beat and with a female singer that's singing in "gwen stefani - hollaback girl" style. I can't really describe this song nor the lyrics, but it's like "You think blabla" in a kinda aggresive way. Does anyone know it?
