pb violiation thing

I got this friend of mine to download ET etc. So he downloaded everything needed all maps, patches w/e you need. But now when he joins a server he gets kicked by pb after about 10 seconds for ''Violation Game Integrity #20006", can't seem to be able to fix it.
Please help. :'[
