Hardwareban *upd*

A friend of a friend, a pubber got hardwarebanned. I told my friend he couldnt get hardwarebanned for some minor stuff, that he had to be cheating or hacking = I didnt realy wanted to help him. After having a big laugh at him, i met him in rl. He admitted he tried a cheat. Now he's banned from all punkbuster games.
Although I kinda love hardwarebans, I did help him. What I already tried:
- changed IP
- changed network card
- spoofed MAC adress
- spoofed HD
- reinstalled ET.
Still the hardwareban continues. Anybody has an idea on how to fix this, rather then buying a new pc (suggested by pb)? Is the hardwareban based on your mobo to?
Pls help Vortex-the-area52-cheater. Great journal for all you whiners out there. Thanks in advance.

Thank to da xfire membja who helped me ;) Default--config-Vortex will have to go to a PC shop tomorrow, prolly what he deserves. So remember kids: Dont cheat! Haha =8]
