first encounter with the phenomenon

swas' journal reminds me of my first encounter with the phenomenon we belgians call "wielertoeristen" http://www.wielertoerist.nl/upload/uploads/av-52.jpg . It all began when my diamandback http://www.dansdata.com/images/diamondback/shiny1024.jpg ceased working . sooooo , i went to the nearest pc shop -> eurosys http://www.eurosys.com , to get myself a new mouse . Unfortunately , the only mouse they had left was the mx518 http://images.google.be/imgres?imgurl=http://www.siguma.net/mt/archives/images/mx518.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.siguma.net/mt/archives/2005/06/11/&h=960&w=1280&sz=115&tbnid=evdGXrQPMHUJ:&tbnh=112&tbnw=150&hl=nl&start=3&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dmx518%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Dnl%26lr%3D . mweh , i bought it anyways cuz we had offi that night . i hopped on my bike and went home , well , that was the plan ... ; halfway i had to go through a tunnel which goes underneath some big road which is always filled with traffic . at the end of the tunnel , the path made a sharp left turn , and just when i was about to reach the tunnel's exit , some wacky "wielertoerist" came around the corner . obviously he was going too fast , and he was too noob for that skilled turn , so we crashed into eachother . fortunately i threw the mouse out of harms way before we collided . we both fell on the floor , blood erupted from our fresh wounds http://www.proexotics.com/pics_july1/nonPE/vs%20croc%20monitor%20head%20wound.jpg . I quickly checked the damage : i got lucky , only a cut in my upper lip , a lot of blood though .
The other guy asked me if his nose was broken , i saw the white of his bone sticking out a bit .... so i said : "neh , it's ok , just some blood" http://www.bobwiltfong.com/photos_files/galleries/odds_&_ends/images/BROKEN%20NOSE-Day%202.jpg . Problem was , only thing i had to remove the blood from my face and clothes was a promotional folder from the eurosys -_- . then i went home with my mouse . it sucked , so i had to buy a copperhead later -_-.

conclusion :
