wondering about a keygen mobile prepaid and stuff

there are lots of keygens from games and programs and stuff but why arent there any keygens for mobile phone prepaid cards?? :S theres also some kind of number on the card so cant any1 make a keygen :P or is there allready a keygen where i dont know anything about.. :o
