When you're going to buy a tv/monitor, always check:
-Hz
-GTG(grey to grey) delay -> go for less than 5ms
-Amount of ghosting(amount of time between one scene changes to the next one, +or -)
-Colors quality

You can check the ghosting at the "Responsiveness" area, i.e.: http://www.digitalversus.com/lg-flatron-w2240s-p357_9174_35.html

CAN WE GET BACK ONE4ONE?
reading this
100 Hz is waste of money tough since they are just hyping it for no reason.
I noticed, when i bought mine, that compared to an LG with 100 Hz the screen was indeed a bit laggy (due to my experienced eyes from playing ET on 120Hz usually).
What program are you using to watch those movies, try a different one.
Which cable are u using HDMI?
so i guess some setup may be faulty,
drivers? and what do you mean by lagging does the screen stutter when you watch something or is everything normal when you are on windows desktop. need more input
aren't you using a fullHD Lcd @computer?
and if the desktop and internet work properly try a different player.
i can't rly show you those settings since my TV is in place and i'm not carrying it around 46' inch
fuck yeah
but specially for you i've turned it on and well what can i say, shit aint "perfect" nor "2shit that i cant watch", but i've seen much better TVs
and no, no smooth picture
probably a shit TV, my parents bought it without and idea or consultantitioanaoblabla
the only plus is thats its fucking massive and big

asus vw246h is the one and only HD monitor to use, playing xbox360 with it and its perfect, also movies via pc works just more than fine.
HD TVs are useless if u dont watch tv, better to buy HD monitor then. 8) (The one and only monitor which I didnt need to calibrate for such games as Rock Band/Guitar hero, that should explain enough if you are familiar with those games)
