its called MMR (match making ratio), you play in MatchMaking, you get points
you start with 1500, if you go lower, you loose more points. (-20 or smth)
if you are 1400, you get for a win +20 points aswell.
after 1550 u get +10, +7, +5 points whatever small potatoes.
after 1650-1700 u get like +5 max
good players are 1800-1850 (higher are pros and semi-pros), half noobs 1700-1750, noobs (1650 me), dumpster everything lower 1650
although you find iditos everywhere, even in 1800 and higher
