LoL skill level

After Riot reset elos, tried out USA version right after it after 3months.

And i was fucking shocked by skill level of USA, EU players @ lvl15 are better than ranked players @ USA, it was so much opposite 6months before.

How is it at EU West?

west & east are quite close skillwise as far as i can tell, I made the switch some time ago

you do have more scrubs on east though but once you get past the 1400's you won't notice a difference anymore
