yes yes i bet this is the 100000th journal about working out.
just started at the gym.
just few quick questions;
1. where should i get trainingprogram or tips on it ? ( hook me up~!)
2. things i should look for when choosing protein (whey) supplement?

2. Buy recovery drink and some multivitamin-pills at start. Hone up your diet and see after that if you need any protein supplements.
3. Ask these things somewhere else than Xfire since I am the only person here who knows something

ive been training with dumbbells at home for 2 years on chest , arms , shoulders
been working my legs and back now,
How much and how fast you gain strength depends on your calorie intake.
And the program itself isnt any magical, it bases on raw, quick progression (adding weight 2,5kg per workout, which isnt possible after you have worked out for a while, naturally)

2. om te starten kun je het best beginnen met alleen grote oefening -> squads, bankdrukken en deathlifts dacht ik

die zeggen beginnen met deze oefeningen zodat je algemeen kracht opbouwt (borst, shouders, armen eigelijk alles train je zo) daarna specifieke spieren trainen.
daarnaast voeding=bijna 3/4 van je training, wil je echt musscled worden zijn een droge rijst eten etc kwark eiwitshakes etc weet ik veel wat ze precies nemen. nodig of iig wordt het proces van spiergroei met 1000000% versnelt als je goed op je voeding let
