stable fps, not smooth

I formatted my pc and installed everything as I use to but for some reason, it looks like my screen doesnt use 100 hz (ingame and outgame)

I set in in my driver settings to 100hz and I did r_displayrefresh 100 ingame
also my fps is 100 stable but still nothing seems smooth

how should i fix this?

edit: fixed it, there were 2 options in my graphics drivers to set hz
one was set on 100, other was 85

Is it better if I have 85 hz and display refresh 85 to use 85 fps?

No.
Always use 125 FPS regardless of your Hz, since ET functions more accurate with it.

if your screen doesn't use 100hz then don't set r_displayrefresh to 100
try 75 and 71/76 fps

the monitor would set it on the max which the monitor can if u have in the config displayrefresh of 100 :)

my monitor can't handle more than 75hz. when I set displayrefresh to 100 it looks shitty

i have 85 in my config and my monitor set it directly on 75 np :)

Update your Vid drivers
If u did that & still having this problems INSTALL THE HOTFIX FOR UR VID DRIVER!
