been watching those other nerds playing and a lot of them are holding their keyboard/mouse on a fucking weird way!

Sooo, how do YOU hold it?

I hold mine straight and normal.

I used to play with that "claw grip" as well, but I discovered covering the whole mouse with your hand makes it easier, after a while :)

I have my whole arm in the air most of the time.

Keyboard is just fucked up most of the time, it doesnt matter when I can hit all the buttons I need to

in futrue you'll have problems with your arm. Some guy from university talking about it at lessons. Find chair with good arm rests or change way of holding your mouse. Its only advice.

I have a nice computer chair with arm rests, so my arms don't really move when I move my mouse, just my wrists move. I have big hands, so my hands completely cover the mouse too. The claw grip looks quite uncomfortable/awkward tbh, dunno how anyone can play like that. :D

I play on a laptop, so I can't really move my keyboard. I also have it sitting on a cooling pad, so my keyboard is at a slightly higher level than my mouse. However, I am used to it, so it doesn't bother me. :p

Got arm rests as well, but when I remove my arms from them, I aim better, but I get tired faster xD

i might ask here this instead of make new topic..

so i used to have g500 which is shit mouse and broke anyway, i used to have like: wrist at mousepad whole hand at mouse, not like claw grip on pic above. i wasnt satisfied with this grip tho.

so i got xai now, which is waaaay smaller (height-wise, and lighter too) so any suggestions what grip to use pls? im high senser, 12cm/360

If the mouse is small and you have very big hands then your fingers might go too far with palm grip. In other occasions just go which suits you well.

hmm yes i have 20 cm from wrist to midfinger, i think ill just go with this one, and if it will stay akward after mouse is not so fresh anymore (2day old) then its more of a problem :)

ps. x3nja that mouse is shit in comparsison to xai. its fucking heavy and big, akward shape (my opinion only ofc) and sensor/something in it so much slower, cant say about accuracy since mouse is new so it goes smooth naturally etc...

you should see how Portugal setup used to play with his keyboard ages ago :D hilarious.

i think i play normal, but friends used to say i play in a weird way... for example, i use a mix of palm grip and claw grip, and my hand is not perfectly aligned with the mouse, it's some how drawing a curve in the mouse.
And i always sit in a not usual way to play...left leg/foot under my ass(near...) and right leg over my subwoofer :DDDDDDD

'palm grip' on my g500, my sens is about 50cm/360 so i use my arm to aim, pivoting on my elbow while wrist slightly in the air or sliding on the mousepad :p

i play on a laptop but with an external keyboard, which is behind my laptop, on the left, using the wasd-block from there, class and chat binds + limbo menu on laptop keyboard rightside :XD
