splendid gaming 6on6 cup

after our first season went so smoothly we were hoping for a smooth 2nd season but sadly it didnt work out like it.

Firstly, we thought it would be fine having brackets of 18 but having set brackets it quickly became obvious the players invovled were less than impressed so we removed the 2 teams with latest check in times-fairest way of doing it, this happened to be b2k and 0_0 (i think)

On behallf of slendid gaming i would like to appologise to B2K, TURBOT and ID.NO and any other parties involve due to an error on our behalf brought on by lack of experience.

to sum up, we were told that turbot wouldnt be playing because they had an official, we attempted to contact them to confirm there attendance but with no reply(at the time we didnt realise they were already playing round 1, was only just after we released brackets), we then told b2k they could play. I think you can work out the rest.

ultimately, we allowed b2k to play id.no (and they won) thinking turbot were out, turbot then pmd me and we realised our mistake.

i decided the fairest thing (and to make most people happy) for all teams involved was to allow the result to stand and allow b2k to face tubot. turbot then won this match 3-1

cup carried on as normal

i understand this will not please everyone but i like to think i made the best of a bad situation

We at splendid are relatively new to this, so please bare with us. We have learnt from the lessons of today and these rookie errors will not feature again.
please continue to participate in our cups in the future, our aim is to have sponsors within the next few months.


id like to personally invite the three teams concerned back for season 3 (date to be determined) most likely next weekend

I guess i expect the flame but at least i owned up right? ;d
