Depends on the price and what you want to do with this computer.
What would you guys suggest I should do?

I've allways kinda guessed what is good... I look @ the amount of ram and well.. i don't have a clue about video cards nor about processing speed

Would someone care to enlighten me? I would like to learn...
If you want to play the newest game you should buy some proper graphic card and a good processor.
And i think you should have atleast 4 GB ram DDR3. would cost arround 450 € + case , motherboard , DVD-player & -burner and a Hardrive.

If you want to play games like quakelive or ET you pc should be able to handle high fps.

I would like to hear more about graphic cards..

How do you recognize a good one? you'll get al this Gforce 2200 things .. but i never think like.. wow that's a good one since i really can't recognize a good one.. how do you do it? you look it up on the internet or what? or does 2200 mean something really bad or really good...

I stop talking :P

Well you should just stay up to date and read articles about graphic cards. They do a lot of test with them and compare them to other cards.

Here is a list of some Geforce products : http://www.nvidia.de/object/geforce_family_de.html

And you should look at the ram + mhz

you're great, thanks for the info :-)

GeForce GTX 590
GeForce GTX 580
GeForce GTX 570
GeForce GTX 560 Ti
GeForce GTX 560
GeForce GTX 550 Ti
GeForce GTX 460

These are the newest Geforce cards. I would recommend a gtx 560 or a gtx 570. They ain't so expensive as 590 and 580. But still do have a lot of power. Gtx 570 Phantom is almost as good as gtx580 and a lot cheaper , you should go for it :) (Highend Cards)
