What are there settings?

It seems that there are some mouse settings that might help a noob like me, what are these for?

those are for illiterate people only, with the exception of 'sensitivity'. the other 2 you can safely remove from your config.

edit: sensitivity setting is self-explanatory, you can change the value according to your likes regarding the mouse sensitivity.

they seem to be part of some sensitivity toggle script, hes got his normal sensitivity at 1.2, the script toggles between 9 and 1.15, might be some badly written sniper toggle aswell

that or hes just dyslexic
