if you bet on a victory then u must be sure that one team is better than the other one. this makes a bet more predicatble. only one team has to excute something here

but if you bet on a draw, then it means that both teams are equal and it is hard to predict. both teams have to execute something

-> betting on a draw is too risky

i do not agree, betting on draws is just as good as betting on victory, depending on the teams performance/roster/players - if those seem too be well balanced its better to bet on a draw - of course.

you said you are sure that "one team is better" than the other - well, thats just what the bookies express by the quotes - making you set high bets and then losing because of misfortune (for example if you had considered the missing players in the match ManU - Basel you could have set a small bet on a draw, wouldnt be the stupidest thing, although i'd never bet on Basel victory).

i live in portsmouth most of my mates are pompey fans so they all hate southampton and ive kinda learnt to hate them to haha but they are having a good season so had to bet for them, was actually hoping cardiff would come up last season =(
