CPU Clock

Is it normal that the clock of one core of my CPU is constantly changing its value (form 1.600 to 3.600 mHz) while the other cores are running at stable 3.666 :P

I'm kinda overclockin nub but willing to learn

Depends on the CPU, my 1055T will do the same seperately for each core.
