picture reminder

yo, i remember i picture, a troll picture, about canada! we know they say "abut" instead of "about" (thanks to south park) and the picture i think about is probably about this .... in the picture which i think about, an american shows a little paper to a canadian guy and he wants him to read it. the title is probably something like "first thing i would do if i come to canada"
