First let me apologies to 
ag0n for thinking it was all his fault
i just did not see any other way why my pc freezes whenever im on my 3rd drive
i just bought a new pc and a new HD and it started to freeze whenever i went into my 3rd partion on the drive..
it happend to me for the first time after i installed his movie pack so i just assumed it was his sloppy work and did not check the files for viruses, again i am sorry, i was wrong.
The thing that is happening to me
My pc just freezes like hell and doesnt move or react to anything
whenever i go into partition E:/
any ideas what is causing this and how to prevent my pc from chrashing ?

is drive E a different hdd? How is it connected? Are you sure it is well connected?
Maybe the sata/ide cable is damaged, or the "port" is fuckedup.
Try to replace them, try to test this hdd at a different pc.
Is there any blue screen? Using windows 7? Try to go to CP -> SYSTEM -> ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS -> SETTINGS @ STARTUP AND RECOVERY -> DISABLE SYSTEM RESTART
as a side note, i bet your motherboard is dieing if the previous situations does not confirm. Also you can try to update the drivers, or test a Live cd and check memory / bugs.
c:/ d:/ e:/ all on the same hd, just E:/ is giving me the problems

e: WinXP no blue screen, just nothing is happening, timescale 0 mod with unbindall
it was ok for a while even made 2testclips (thats why i tought it was ur fault)
now its wtf

also in demo my "Timescale 1.0" is on for to long.. can i disable that in anyway?

is it ok to set 100fps @ vegas after vdub ?
I didn't understand the timescale issue tbh...
and 100fps allows you to create a 50 and a 25fps movie (100/2 and 100/4 respectively). I use 150 fps because 150/5 = 30fps and 150/3 = 50fps ^^ pure math
the timescale is visable.. can that be disabled? or atleast tweaked just like cg_centerprint(time?) so it dissapears faster
btw i was just done recording in et with 100fps and after i did cl_Avidemo 0 my pc froze again
could it be an overheating issue ?

I Just installed ur moviepack on another HD with 80gb space sata1, and now it freezes on sata1 2nd partition(where the moviepack was installed)
and previusly i had it on sata2 it also froze only on the partition moviepack was installed :'(
what could be causing the prob?
also it can be a overheating issue, but you can easly check it with few programs.
and give up on the idea of moviemakers pack, thousands have downloaded the pack for over 3 years without a problem, it's impossible. Deal with the fact, something is damaged and you are lazy to not test it. Format your damn pc and don't download the pack again, see if it NEVER EVER CRASHES for days.. if it does, you know the answer. i also suggest to download a ubuntu live cd or hiren boot cd and check if the pc crashs, run between the "crashing folders" and see if it happens with the live cd.. if it does -> hardware problem, if it doesn't -> windows installation problem.

took a screenshot right now for you, some folders, and the date. No crash so far.. sup?
will giveup at movies atm to see what happens with my pc when im not browsing at E:/
if it still keeps chrashing imma send it back to where it came from and demand a new one
be4 i was coming into windows and my pc froze...
after removing the hd with ur tool it started to work normaly
i could even open folders
