1) programs thingies
2) how to upgrade/update software
3) is it shit or good, heard its shit but i dont care cuz its free hehe

I have one, I like it. Ubersocial for twitter, Whatsapp ofc, BeWeather for the weather, update stuff thru Blackberry App world, but the phone gives u a notice when a upgrade for one of ur apps is avalaible :)
