Sound Problemo

Problem started yesterday, when randomly my ET sounds would just stop, including vent, the only way I can fix it is reloading the programs (vent, et). It would only be vent and et that would stop producing sound, other noises on windows would still play (beeps etc), so I've ruled out a headset problem.

Have no idea on how to tackle this issue
Has this happened to anyone else? Any help?

Reinstall/update your sound driver?
Reinstall vent/ET?

Could it have something to do with sound-leveling of vent. I'm not using vent but I know TS3 has this mechanic that levels your TS sound with other sounds when people are talking. It had some kind of bug that cut both your TS and other sounds when someone was talking.

Just guessing. You could at least try reinstalling vent. It only takes the slightest bit of time and I can't see how ET would affect your vent sound.
