What does that "kurwa mac" mean? Google translator gave me "mac whore", it sounds correct but I am not quite sure :)

The "mac" part stands for making it a more vulgar curse, as if "kurwa" isn't enough for you. And "kurwa" can be translated as "fuck/oh fuck" etc. We can say "wypierdalaj stad, kurwa" which is "get the fuck out, (fuck)" (sounds pretty stupid in english), or "damn, get the fuck out" which is not the same but kind of similar. It's rather impossible to translate it perfectly and the best way to get to know it is just listening in what context polish people say it.
