Invalid GUID

Installed ET on new PC, using Windows 7 x64.
Upon trying to connect to any PB server I receive "You have an invalid GUID ' THIS MIGHT BE A TEMP PROBLEM...'
I've tried all the PB commands and the PBSETUP doesn't have ET in it's list anymore. I've tried updating via ET ofc, and I've disabled UAC & gave all permissions to all folders with ET & PB, still nothing.
I've tried
/pb_cdkeyver
& pb_cdkeyreg etc...
still nothing.
Any reason to this problem and a fix?

indeed if everyone would move on and go tzac that would be great.
how does this news reach the ears of players that are not on crossfire?
I know that this is a problem. The move on part in the reply above here is pointed at the etpro servers that know about tzac but can't be arsed to use it. And before everyone can move on to TZAC it needs a noquater/jaymod version or even better a version that takes every mod.
