Router help Inet

I have the Fitzbox 7340 but i have this problem.
My internet disconnect sometimes from the internet & i get this!

duplicate address detected, IP address conflict. Somewhere on your network someone has the same IP, Proxy on router turned on? needs to be off :/

No proxy and we have only 1 network thats that IP.
If someone had my Local IP my internet will be off and i will get a alert but the whole internet shuts down.

ps: dont even try to use a proxy, you cant trick him.

Yeah but here it will connect automatically to i just want to know why he disconnect, the problem so maybe i can fix this.

u should check with ur isp if they detect someone is using ur internet username/pass

anyhow u should go to ur router and change the modulation to g.dmt so u can guarantee that it is not line oscilations that cause disconection

maybe u have configured some "connection time-out : 60min" configured somewehere in ur router

but

"exactly every 60 minutes"
tells me spyware is a posibility

well it's random, sometimes it doesnt

next time it can reboot 5 hours straight

i considered overheating of router problem, but fuck
