new mousepad #1

after my qpad ct large was totally destroyed,
i decided to buy new pad
my mouse - mx518
i like cloth pads, but with my gamestyle and amount of time i spend before pc it's damaging after ~ 1year, so i think about other material
i got 2 mousepads on my eye:
Razer Destructor
Razer Goliathus
i'm not fan of razer so it can be qpad or even other
med/high sens

I just use medium size steelseries qckpad for my Deathadder, works well enough for me and its easy to clean :)
Parent
ye it's easy to clean, but how it works after cleaning
my pad after cleaning was working worse than before, cloth works other way or smth...
Parent
buy steelseries qck heavy or 9HD
PureTrak Talent
i heard about this one, but its hard to buy in eu, in poland almost unavaible i will search for it after work
Parent
I got it from ebay, 30$ with shipping
Parent
I dont see whats so funny about that
Parent
You mean in front of PC?
ta, get internet
Parent
Got the puretrak talent over a year now i guess and imo it's like in 1st day
would recommend you this one
If you are actualy using a med/high sens and want a pad that will probably live longer than your gaming career lasts, go for the icemat (Steelseries Experience II). Otherwise the Puretrak Talent is indeed a solid choice.
ss exp 2 looks nice, but u know how's the feeling when using glass pad?
i'm spending a lot of time in front of pc
i was thinking about glass pad, but its something new for me, didnt use it before

I played on Icemat 2nd. Glass pads use up very slow. I used it for a half year and it still looks like brand new one. Mouse slides on it faster than on sloth pads and moves are smoother. The only disadvantage is that sliders in mouse use up faster than on cloth pads (1 set for about 3-4 months).
Parent
that longlasting doesnt make sense when you gotta change mousefeet every month ;d
Parent
That's true in case of teflon feet like hyperglides. However I found that Slicksurf skates (just plain plastic basically) last pretty long. They are surely not as smooth as teflon but still fast enough in combination with the icemat.

Still I prefer the Talent, it's almost just as fast and smooth, long lasting and way more comfortable to use :-)

i ordered one today! cant wait to test it out :) never used a mousepad before

ulti-mat breathe
roccat alumic
ulti-mat breathe but it lose shape pretty soon.

puretraktalent best pad ever. got mine like year ago and feels still like a new
Parent
dobra i tak jestes gruby i brzydki wiec wypierdalaj
Parent
oo potwierdzam, zjebaniec

Icemat kurwa 2nd edition.
ss qck+, very slim, durable, really nice size and very cheap! ... if u dont need it that large (30x40cm) check the normal qck
This! I love mine, I bought around. 5 years ago and it's still amazing
Parent
puretrak talent is the best, and is probably worth it since you won't have to change pad for years if you take care of it
can u simply clean it with water and some cleaning agent without destroying the surface? We got 2 kittens 2 months ago and my mousepad was their favourite playing and sleeping place :/
Parent
haha how cute :D

kitten can do anything and they still cute
Parent
I'm happy that all my stereo speaskers are still alive :P
Parent
puretrak talent is the best, bought mine from the UK (i think?)
Goliathus!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ROCCAT ALUMIC
Had Razer Goliathus, it was fine, but I'd look something with hard surface instead. Have mx518 myself.
