remove/reset IRC channel password?

Someone set a password to our channel
Now some people want to join our channel but cant because no1 knows the password

I cant delete it without the password

Anyone has tips?

you can remove the password when you know the password

next time just /mode #chan -k password
or just double click the channel in and mirc and untick password
Enable bitch mode for better protection in Q, and force important channel modes.
