Help me choosing mouse!

Hello, my Razer Diamondback is slowly, but surely going into mouse heaven (no wonder, i have him for 5 years lol <3), and I have started to look for a new mouse.
I have been stunned when i saw all these new gaming mouse producers! So much names i dont really know (when i bought that DB, its was eighter Razer (with diamondback), Logitech (witch mx518) or microsoft (with intellimouse).
I've heard that recent Razer mice sucks, for example they dont work on some surfaces and stuff, and when i looked on their ergonomy, they are far away from my lovely diamondback.
So i am searching somewhere else.
My budget is around 40 euro.
One that i kinda liked is Logitech gaming mouse g400 which is basically new MX518 with better sensor. But thing that bothers me, is that it doesent have some light (for example i was stunned when my friend showed me his lachesis, where he can choose a color and it lights with that color, fucking epic).
TL;DR: looking for gaming mouse for 40 euro or less, want some fancy programable light, been using razer diamondback for long time.
