CoD MW 3 - Competetive version?

Yo niggars.

I didn't really follow the news about CoD MW3, only thing I know is the release date and that I did preorder it xD

But well, does anyone know if its gonna be a clan competetive version that will get any succes and so, and push the old CoD4 away :p?
