Orange Livebox Problem

Anyone on Orange and has a Livebox Router?

My friend has the following problem with getting onto the router settings:

Any ideas or experiences?

If not, is there any way to enable uPnP in the control panel or something?

The page isnt working properly.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
