The grenade causes the building around him to collapse, pending an investigation why are the German forces risking their lives to protect gold, are they pirates?
Nade explodes close to his head which makes him fall into a deep coma. After a few months he wakes up in a hospital. The hospital seems empty no one is around. As he walks trough the building he comes up to a door where is written on "Death inside" and something is knocking on it. Blabla he finds his family, killing zombies n shit
