Second one is way better for gaming imo. And the power supply is oversized in both.

*Also due to the flooding in Thailand, hard drives became really expensive. This won't change much in the next few months, so only buy one if you really need it.
What is ure budget?
If u can stretch to about 800 euro i would get the following:

-I5 2500K (this is the overclockable one, easily to 4,4 GHz..mine sitting at 4.5 can reach 4.8 but the performance vs power is just to much since i doesnt need this much speed in the first place)
-p67 mobo (unless u need all the features of the Z boards)
-1tb HDD
-8Gb corsair XMS3 1600Mhz ram (any cpu cooler will fit with these)
-coolermaster hyper 212 Plus cpu cooler (not to expansive and does the job)
- Case is personal flavour but i use the Zalman Z9 plus its nice and not to expansive. Good cooling and lots of place for the money.
- GFX card most bang for buck atm is the GTX560 Ti 1GB can be had for around 180/200 euro but if u want some more power get and play with full HD resolution or higher take the ATI HD6950 2GB (u will need the extra vram on this one , my gtx 560Ti is short on Vram during bf3. If u take the Sapphire toxic one it is possible to unlock it to a ATI HD6970 wich is would be awsome.)
- psu shoudl be a 550WATT or higher from a decent brand. The corsair ones are very reliable DONT SKIMP on this or it blows up and takes everything with it.

If ure on a smaller budget go for the AMD route. But intels i5 2500k Gives shit loads more performance and speed then the AMD phenoms xD
Well the offer pc costs 605 euros which is kinda cheap I think.

The second one is like 805 euros and that is around my max.
Not that I couldn't spend more money in it, but well my gaming pc right now have been working fine for at least 5 years now. and I gave 650 euros for that. But I see it having trouble handeling MW3 and so now and i have already exchanged things like the netcard and harddrive because it blew it off. So it's obvious time to invest.

But the Intel I5 is way better then the AMD Phantom for gaming PC?

well both are more then capable of doing today's games. When i play bf3 with my i5 2500k @ 4.5 ghz its only sitting there at about 50/60% use whilst my graphic card goes to 100% so u would say spending less on a AMD and get better gfx card would be better.

But i think a mobo/ram/cpu will do you years like 4/5 sometimes 6/7. But a gfx card usualy only last a good 2/3 years before its really not capable of handling the latest games.
So is say spend more on mobo/ram/cpu and take a mid/high end card for about 200/250 € max and switch it in 2/3 years and u can again play everything on ultra.

605 isnt that great since u get a 560 and not a 560Ti , 500gb hdd instead of 1tb, 4gb ram (no speeds known?) over powered PSU and a shit case.... so imo ure beter of building one ureself its cheaper and u chose the perfect parts u like:)

For gaming in both are good enough, even X4 955 if you want to save some money. GPU is more important than CPU with modern CPU´s.
Parent
exactly like i said on the top of the post. Both will do u fine.
Point im trying to make is that a selfbuild is cheaper wich meansu can spend the money saved on the intel route. wich gives more future proofing then AMD does. And also alot better perfomance for anything u trow at it. But fair enough even the X4 955 would do the trick as this is the clocked down version of X4 965/975. It will OC easaliy to the speeds of 965 / 975.

PSU wise ye you can pull it off with low wattage. But i find the sweet spoint around 550/600 watt u can get some extra stuff in ure pc that way. Also pricepoint of vieuw its good around that wattage. I run i5 2500k 4.5ghz +560ti at 550W and is doing me fine:)

Of course sandybridge is more future proof, you also pay more. But if you get a good AM3+ mobo you also can upgrade to bulldozer ( i know it slower than SB perhaps a new stepping will help ). And every good X4 C3 will be able to do atleast 4GHz

Most future proof would be sandy bridge extreme with X79 at the end of this year, since you can put ivy bridge probably on the X79.
Parent
ye the sb-e will be most possible future proofing but sb-e will most likely only 10% more performance over SB and costs a SHITLOAD more(like the dubbel of SB) wich doesnt add up in price/perfomance. In holland i can order SB for 50 euro more over AMD.. but anyway its all up to retsev and how much hes willing to spend.
Parent
yea, my personal choice would be i5 2500K also.

550W or higher is not needed, 450W is enough from a good brand. For example i run here with i5 2500K at 4,5GHz GTX560ti overclocked with Seasonic M12 520W easy it doesn't´t come near full load

what StrykY said
beAsty knows!;)

Second one is the fastest one, but for gaming both are good enough, even X4 955 etc is enough.
GX PSU is really shit read reviews about that.
Get one from XFX/Corsair AX/Seasonic
Just buy around 450 500W and you will be fine, internal they are all Seasonic and they are the best, imo. I would buy this one http://xfxforce.com/en-us/Products/PSU/Pro-Series/450W-PSU.aspx?product=34727
