New PC parts

Since some of my components in my pc are getting quite old by now, I am interested in buying some new parts; CPU + motherboard ( hi blindi) and memory. And I would like some tips/comments on the parts I think will be ok to use.
(If anyone else got some better parts or w/e my budget is around 300€)

now its on the top with the other big names like asus, gigabyte and msi

an i5 2500k (~180€)
with a good p67 mainboard for example asrock p67 pro3 (~ 75€)
+ standard 8gb 1333mhz ram kit (~40 €)
alot more potential x)

8Gb Corsair xms3 1600 Ram
add a coolermaster hyper 212 CPU cooler and clock the i5 to 4.5 ghz
