Syncmaster TA350

Hey

So today I bought the Syncmaster TA350 because my old screen broke down. The problem is that nothing I play seems smooth at all, no matter what settings I try, is there anyway to find out what the best configuration for this screen is?

Did u set the right Hz in Nvidia Control Panel / Windows ?
Normally not needed but: There are normally driver for each screen.. try to install it :/

Best configuration:

get best desktop resolution + Hz, use the same settings in ET. Try to get the same FPS as HZ (disyplayrefresh).

e.g. 120Hz, 125fps
75Hz , 76 Fps

Or for the unhittable lolz:
85Hz & 85fps (altough I think that this isn't as smoth as 85Hz & 125fps)

Apparently I need to replace the VGAcable by a HDMI one, people say it could help.

oh ye..use hdmi if possible :) thought it was connected via hdmi already.

Why to use HDMI?
It allows to hear crappy music from monitor sound system,thats it...this makes it diffrent from DIV.
I always use DVI,never touched my mind to use HDMI,unless the case has connected with Xbox360/PS3 or TV,where sound is needed,unless you don't have cinema sound system :D

if you own a Syncmaster HDMI lcd that actually has sound output included, you failed!

for the same price you can get a 120hz samsung/viewsonic...
