So found that site

and I was wondering if this site was trustworthy (got told it is) and if it's actually legal, because keys that cheap doesn't look that legal to me ^,^

Delivery will be via the autokey system. This product is a genuine, unused activation code for Battlefield 3 that can be activated online on EA's Origin Software. Once activated you will be granted to a legal PC Download of the game.

tl;dr: EA blocks very cheap keys and then deletes the game from your account.

I don't know how they'll check it etc. but I'd think about it twice :/

I've used the site to buy a BFBC2 key and Brink key (:<) both keys are still active, sometimes there are issues with their keys (check their facebook page)

My experience has been great buying from them though

http://gamekeys.biz/ definitely trustworthy, and there you might also get a clue why you get them on that site of yours that cheap - rus version 17.99€ . most likely ea is going to ban it if you're going to use it anyway.
